Re: Project ANARCHY
Ok so first start up was successful motor started first swing once i decided to plug the ignitor in but could hear a miss and the car wasnt running 100% same as before the bearing knock and rebuild so checked the spark fueling ecu maf ect ect could not find what was causing the issue it seemed that cylinder number 4 was not firing properly after scratching my head for a week or so trying everything in the book i decided to do a compression test
So that was piston 4 lol so after seeing that i connected the compressor the the spark plug hole to find out where the leak was coming from turns out the exhaust valve was leaking quite badly engineering ftw so parked the car next morning friend and i pulled the head off only to find this
If you cant see it that middle valve is bent so both exhaust valvs were bent luckily i had spares lying around so we lapped new valves put the head on and after 12 hours of work fired the car up and she was running perfect Car has now done 800km and is a pleasure to drive replaced the rear bumper and had her detailed over the weekend and she is looking better than ever
