did all 4 look equally wet and black or were some worse than others? because i was going to say maybe a leaking injector but its unlikely that all 4 injectors are equally messed up

so much fuel going in the cylinders that its coming out the exhuast without throwing the spark plugs dead? thats strange, try taking fuel rail off with injectors still inside and crank the motor and check if all the injectors are pulsing correctly and theres no leakage, hope it helps.

OK the car is sorted out.
It was the injectors that were shot.
