9000RPM MEET UP 26 November
Time: November 26, 2011 all day
Location: Rolands Fitment Centre - Peskor park
Street: Richards drive

Hi guys,
The votes are in and we are confirmed for the 26th
Activities and facilities:
- Show and Shine (R20 entrance - ALL proceeds go towards the Thuthuzela charity) Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
- Thunee
- 2 x pool tables
- Bring and braai (only braai stands provided. Bring the rest)
- Meguires 3 stage car wash. Normal price is i think R600 or so. The guy will do a special for us at R400
- Buckets with ice for drinks (bring your own dops)
- Ample parking
- R100 wheel balancing and Alignment
Bring your own chops and dops...
Agenda:
- Workshop is open from 8. If you want to avoid the queue for alignment & balancing + car wash you can pitch from 9 or earlier.
- Registration for show and shine will be open from 9 till 11:30
- Photoshoot around 10:30 (TC Shark u gonna play cameraman again pls?)
- We can start the braai around 11
- Show and shine judging around 12. Suggestion was that we dont have judges but rather vote for winners (your thoughts?)
- Collection of any items towards the Thuthuzela charity will be open all day

Directions:
From Centurion:
take N1 South towards joburg and get off at Allandale.
The offramp splits, keep left towards kempton side.
Go up to the K101 and turn left (heading back towards PTA direction)
First traffic lights left onto Le Roux
at the 4-way stop turn right onto Richards drive
about 200m down you see Peskor park on the left. Turn in then right and drive around the building and you will see Rolands Fitment Centre
From Joburg
take N1 North towards Pretoria and get off at Allandale.
The offramp splits, keep right towards kempton side.
Go up to the K101 and turn left (heading back towards PTA direction)
First traffic lights left onto Le Roux
at the 4-way stop turn right onto Richards drive
about 200m down you see Peskor park on the left. Turn in then right and drive around the building and you will see Rolands Fitment Centre
If last time is anything to go by, this should be an awesome event!
Feel free to invite people from other clubs.
Admin, if you have any 9000rpm branding that you want to put up on the day that would be great!

Remember to bring the following:
- Chairs
- Chops
- Dops
- Cutlery, paper plates etc that you need to braai with
- Something for the orphanage (remember the kids are between 1 and 11 years old)
- Your Car
- Some buddies to support
- Your Thunee tactics
- Anything else i may have forgot to mention

Also went past this event yesterday..nice little turnout but felt outdone by other cars..almost no Nissan's there..
