An exciting airshow program is scheduled to run concurrently with various motoring and motorsport activities.
Franschhoek Motor Museum have committed sixteen beautiful classic cars which will be displayed with aircraft from the same period and country of origen.
The recent Cape Multi Car Classic Show at the Jan Burger Sport Centre Parow was another resounding success and a number of the cars exhibited at this venue will alsobe present at the Wings and Wheels Show. Some 1400 cars were involved in Parow with 300 planned for at AFB Yysterplaat.
The biggest difference will be that these classics will be offered the opportunity to actually drive past the flight and crowd line allowing the opportunity to actually see and hear these magnificent machines at a sedate pace. Registration is open on the website.
Live-to-Race have set a remarkable record in the manner which they support the less fortunate and a selection of extremely exotic and sought after vehicles will be on display. These will be driven on the faster power drive a scheduled intervals. Once again allowing a unique look and hear opportunity.
All car clubs / individual private owners are welcome to register via the website.
Non-competitive in nature a promotional WBMK Gymkhana and Rally Stage will also be included in the proceedings, but regular navigators will be making way for members of the media to experience life as navigators. The only result expected is that there will be a better understanding of what the demands on man and machine are in any category of motorsport.
Competition vehicles will also be on display with rally, race and gymkhana vehicles invited to register. Come and show your car to the public at large and promote your sponsor. A number of Motards and Karts are also expected.
The Western Cape Challenge Club & 4x4 Xtreme vehicles another non-competitive facet that will undoubtedly attract much attention as a special course is being built for this purpose. www.wccc4x4.co.za

Is there registration to do the Gymkhana? The reg form doesn't seem to include this as an option?

Also what are the requirements of the car for the power drive?
