If you released the coils so that they are free lengths when fitted they will be "soft" At the moment the coils are all under tension and pre loaded.
Set them up correctly and they will give a very good ride.

R31 tacho is a back emf type trigger tacho. RB25 ECU tacho out is totally different. Id would use a coil neg back emf circuit to drive the tach. My first thought here is boost controller. Mr Turbo crap ? I would use carburetor jets as in your "port" configuration and leave the "controller " out of the equation totally. In effect you are simply "bleeding" control pressure off the bottom port. If you must use a co...
