Looks like everyone is having trouble with their wheels. My car has gone in today cuz of engine noise at 2800 rpm. Looks like the tensioners are going, cam belt might have not been replaced and the variator needs to be replaced (common alfa problem). Damn these things need to be babied.

Sounds like a great idea! Harties is a great place as it's not far but far enough to enjoy the ride :) When I still had my MG we went on a breakfast run up there, there were about 14 of us and it was great to be surrounded by the same car. That was my first and only breakfast run. But I'd love to do...

Yeah, changing tire size will make such a small difference.

Smaller diameter tires have better acceleration, while bigger ones have higher top end speed. But again, unless you make a BIG change, it won't be noticable.
